Imprint / Legal Notice
This page identifies the operator of the Service and provides the contact channels required by EU information-society-service rules (for example Germany's Telemediengesetz § 5, France's mentions légales), Australian consumer-law disclosure expectations, and the operator-identification requirements of the GDPR Articles 13 and 14.

Supervisory and regulatory authorities
- Australian privacy regulator: Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) — [oaic.gov.au](https://www.oaic.gov.au). Because Alien Spaces' annual turnover is below the AUD 3 million threshold in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles do not automatically apply; we nevertheless observe the principles by analogy.
- Australian consumer regulator: Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) — [accc.gov.au](https://www.accc.gov.au).
- EU / EEA data subjects: you retain the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. A current list is published by the European Data Protection Board at [edpb.europa.eu](https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en).
- UK data subjects: Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — [ico.org.uk](https://ico.org.uk).
GDPR representative
Alien Spaces is established in Australia and offers the Service internationally, including to residents of the EU, EEA, and United Kingdom. In reliance on the small-scale-processing exemption in GDPR Article 27(2), no EU representative has been appointed. EU, EEA, and UK data subjects may contact us directly at privacy@playbymail.games and retain their full rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to complain to the supervisory authorities listed above.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission operates an online dispute-resolution platform at [ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr](https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). EU consumers may use that platform to initiate a dispute; our operational response channel remains privacy@playbymail.games. We are not, at present, obliged to participate in any specific out-of-court dispute-resolution body.
Liability for content
Content we author — the application, documentation, game rules, and these legal pages — is the responsibility of Alien Spaces. User-generated content (turn sheets, feedback, game designs) is authored by the contributing account and is the contributor's own statement. We act on notice-and-action reports submitted to privacy@playbymail.games; the full notice-and-action process will be described in a DSA-aligned document once Phase 5 of the compliance roadmap completes.
Liability for links
Our pages may link to third-party sites that we do not control and whose content may change without our knowledge. We cannot accept responsibility for external content. If a specific link should be removed, email support@playbymail.games.
